My Homebrew Beer Labels:

As a Chemist (who also does photography), I always believe in using my knowledge for the betterment of mankind. To this end, I make beer. Over the last 10+ yrs, I have lost count in the number of batches I have made (12+ gallons a shot), but I hazard to say it is well over 60 or 70. For each batch, I make up some unique labels under the name/variants of my brand name: Fahrfrüsöber.

When we took apart our deck this past summer, I knew we would find a few things under there.		And this Robin stayed around watching intently our progress of the deck and it kept visiting us throughout the summer.


And a few deer hung around for the first time I can recall in almost 20 yrs

Veggies from Garden 2010:


As always I grew several varieties tomato plants. So when I was taking pictures of the peppers, I turned around and notice the tomato plants, Being October, it was the end of the line for them...

Then there was only one ready..	And one that was past its prime!

I grew some sweet peppers this year. It was not a great harvest but each pepper was almost a work of art.

One day I went hiking to see some Bald Eagles nesting and it largely turned out to be a bust. The eagles were perched too far out to get any decent shots.

However the marsh land area I was at did have a number marsh plant life. So I the best of it and decided to make this trip into a study of textures.


I started off simple with just a study of the leaf veins	But then I decided to play with some B&W versions to bring out the textures


Some more B&W		I wasn't aloe the whole time I was there, other people occasionally walked through....

There is something about Flamingos that tends to attracts others....

And very personable....	Or are they just shopping for nest building supplies?

Its great that the Cheetahs have room to roam.


Yet sadly being behind fences is the safest place for them to be.	Red Panda. I had no clue there was any others beyond the black and white ones		Can't forget the lions.
